They didn’t have enough employees on the kitchen, waited for the food 20+ minutes and line is huge because everyone was waiting for pickup. They work good but need more people on shift
They gave a deal where you can get two of a reduced number of items for $5.99 each. But they force you to use the kiosk. The kiosk has no options for this deal. PLUS when we asked an employee for help they couldn't find it either. Once again a bad experience at Panera. Where I used to eat there several times a month, this is the first time I've tried in 2026 and once again such an awful experience it may be the last time I try for maybe a year this time. The worst Paneras I’ve ever been to. Just paid $30 for sandwich, soup, drink, and a cookie. Sandwich was lacking flavor. Cookie was dry. Go get something cheaper at one of the other restaurants.
