Was an hour an a half into my drive to Cleveland when I finally found somewhere to get a healthy food option. Ordered an egg white avocado breakfast sandwich with ham on the mobile app and it was literally the best I have had from all the Panera’s I have visited in my own home town. Bagel was toasted nicely and the sandwich was hot and literally perfectly prepared. It was so good I could have eaten 2. Never knew this is how that sandwich is actually supposed to taste. Every time I eat there the food is yummy, fresh and the staff are nice and helpful.
If you wanna dine in, they just giving you food with to go packages, there’s no way to eat with a normal dishes
First off, how does ANY Panera have less than 3 stars??? Thought you guys cared about customers? Second, it's 3:15pm, I tried to place my order at the counter and there's a sign that said "kiosk ordering only" and I asked if it takes cash and they said no, card only. And I asked if I can place my order with them and pay cash and they said no. So I ordered on my phone. The lady at the register got mad. I asked her for a spoon, because none in my bag. She is questioning me for the spoon, I clearly said there’s none, What am I gonna do y’all’s spoon? and also her job to slice and toasted our bagel but she didn’t as well.
