Orders were mixed up Food is cold Not good service
I ordered for chocolate pistachio cookie and i got uncooked cookie dough .. saw it after gettinf into the car ..never not one panera i have faced this issue
I never expect great things with service plaza food as i travel alot. Panera bread is usually an ok choice but this panera is terrible. 10 bucks for soup, i drain the broth out and this is all i had for the suposid "creamy chicken and wild rice". Paid 10 bucks for broth.
Urgent!Don’t stop there! Worst place on turnpike also be aware they may not sell you food because manager say so without any reason!STAY AWAY!!!!!
