Customer service was horrible. There were bugs in the lemonade machine. Did not get what we ordered. Tables were dirty.
Something about this place ain't right. 2.7 is a generous cumulative score. Cancelled my order and got out of there quickly.
Way too slow. Three workers for the whole restaurant in a travel plaza of all places is ridiculous. Complete failure on management's part.
Very bad service!
This place is sooooo slow. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes for something as simple as a Mac & Cheese for one person.
