I went to Panera Bread a couple of days ago and the people there are so nice and friendly and very welcoming
They should teach there workers to not talk about their customers and laugh at them. Don’t make a mistake and be mad when we come to get our missing item.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Panera Bread. We placed seven orders, and two people never received their sandwiches out of the five that were ordered. After waiting over two hours, we were still missing food. This is completely unacceptable, especially for an online order that should be straightforward.
