We go to Panera because my husband loves the Italian combo. I always order a salad with chicken. In the last few months service has been terrible. Food doesn't taste the same and my salad was missing the chicken. The tables are ALWAYS dirty. 3 managers and I see 1 working. Everyone is standing around. Maybe 2 people out doing tables with a manager and the manager by the food prep should be checking the orders. No sorry, no nothing. I've given this several chances and it seems to be getting worse.
I work 50 to 60 hours a week Most of my meals are in the street. One gets tired of eating out everyday. when I don't feel like eating a heavy meal I go to panera for soup and sandwich combo. I particularly love their cinnamon crunch bagels! thier coffe is not bad either.
The sandwiches are so fresh with such a good selection of breads! Also nice salads and soups. Good atmosphere and nice people.
