My car broke down in the Panera drive-thru the other day, and the staff went above and beyond. Two team members (one I believe was a manager) came out, helped push my car to a safe spot, and were incredibly patient and kind through the whole ordeal. The manager even brought me a large cup of water while I waited for my tow truck. Their compassion truly restored my faith in humanity. Thank you for turning a stressful moment into one filled with genuine care.
This is the best Panera compared to where we live in a Chicago suburb. When we travel to visit family we go to this one with good food and service. We’ve never had any issues here.
Love the food, but a little pricey.
