My elderly dad was there and about an hour after leaving realized he lost his money clip. Went back and looked around a worker found him and returned it just as he lost it. And wouldnt even take a reward. So reassuring! So young and honest.
The workers who handle pick up orders are always fast and thorough. Thank you!!
I’m not sure why the Waldorf location has a lower rating than the LaPlata location. I’m consistently dissatisfied. I only come to this location because it’s convenient at times, but the sandwiches always have a small amount of protein compared to what I’ve gotten at other Panera locations. Today the chicken and wild rice soup had two very tiny pieces of chicken. This is the case whether it’s a pick up order or I order via DoorDash.
Manager Kacey is unprofessional took me a while to write this review but she has said inappropriate things on multiple different occasions which resulted in a one star review
