Online order took over 15 minutes,,, one of employee coughed without covering and away from prepping table… very slow service and good luck on mobile orders

I normally have a good experiences at Panera, but I placed an online order, got to speaker told them I had an online order,and they said drive around. I get to the window, clearly see people inside, sit there roughly 15 minutes for a tea, and then end up having to tap on the window to get someone's attention. The girl at the window said "did you go to the speaker?" I said "yes we did."
