Young lady cashier immediately replaced a sandwich that was mistakenly ordered/miscommunication.she was super friendly and even offered a free cookie.appreciate this level of service at this location and always stop by on our monthly trip to Asheville.was delicious.
Don’t waste your time coming here. I get they have the things to order at but you can’t pay cash at those. Tried to stand at the register and for 10 mins never even got a look over at me. Not to mention after we finally order it’s $40 for 2 meals and they mess up every single thing we order. They give us a salad that comes with chicken, WITHOUT THE CHICKEN. Just save your time and money and hit the next Panera you see. The people here are as careless and as incompetent as they come.
