I normally have a good experiences at Panera, but I placed an online order, got to speaker told them I had an online order,and they said drive around. I get to the window, clearly see people inside, sit there roughly 15 minutes for a tea, and then end up having to tap on the window to get someone's attention. I placed an order online for pick up of 2 cinnamon crunch bagels (my fav). In the instructions, I requested that they are both toasted and sliced. I walk in the restaurant and no one was in there but 2 people, I pick up my order and the guy that was behind the counter in the kitchen wasn’t as pleasant either. I get back to my destination and checked my food and neither of my bagels were toasted or sliced. Bad day today. Untrained staff messed up order. Manager just yessed me to death, wasn't listening. Won't go back now.
