Nice place. Great parking in the back. Nice flowers nearby too.
I ordered lunch through Doordash and had to wait in the store for 30min after the app said it was ready. The lady in the front said it was in the back and the lady in the back said it was in the front. I then asked a man not in uniform who was in the back, where is my order and he brought it out 5 mins later stating it was in the back. Staff needs to be trained better and needs better customer service skills.
One of my favorite Panera locations! It’s the perfect spot to grab a bite and relax. I love sitting by the window to eat and watch the cars go by on Franklin Ave. Always a great atmosphere for a quick meal. Gets very busy during lunch time.
