I came to pickup my uber order I wait there minimum 20 minutes what the hell also the lady who live on counter have very rude behavior she have no manner how to talk with customer she doesn’t tell the exact time how long the order take I WILL NEVER COME THERE AGAIN
I love Panera in NHP. It used to be better; they seem to be shy one staff person. Someone to fill the coffee, the supplies, wipe tables and coffee station. I wish Panera would add a "chocolate chip scone"
The wifi at the garden city location is garbage. It's always down rarely works properly. 2025 ffs can you please have a consistently working wifi.
Very quiet and cozy place with outdoor seating both in front and back of the restaurant.
