Coffee is terrible. Sits in those metal vats and is tasteless like dishwater. Grossed out by the milk carafes that are always empty. This place has really gone down. Staff seems minimally trained. Last time for me and my family.
After experiencing the disappointment Ing Chile at Wendy's, I went to Panera. Sadly, it was worse. Really nothing more than a tomato / flour emulsion with a few means suspended in the gelatinous muck. I have not had indigestion in 5 years. Today was the exception. The staff were nice and the place was clean.
Kept getting my order wrong. Asked for a steakhouse salad stuffer, they forgot the salad stuffer part, asked for no onions, they put onions on it, I asked for no dressing, they put balsamic vinegar on it, they even said they were out of arugula and yet it somehow made it on to my plate. The workers were also teenagers, no adult in sight. GROW UP KIDS!
Ordered strawberry chicken salad, came with no blueberries, no CHICKEN, and was a side portion size rather than “whole”. Very disappointing waste of money.
