I don’t live in Chester, but my son attended a summer camp at Schiff Nature Preserve in July, so I spent several mornings at this Panera while waiting to pick him up around 2 p.m. Two things especially impressed me. First, there was a young lady who seemed to be working almost every minute. She was constantly cleaning tables, checking whether customers needed anything, and recommending food items.
