I just had my worst experience at this Panera location. The young man at the register taking orders couldn't get the cash register to work; the chicken in my salad was disgusting—it reeked of stale, days-old ham—and to top it all off, as I walked toward the exit, I could hear a female staff member scolding the employees. This branch definitely has problems.
First time trying panera, food was delicious, wish i had a choice of chips though
Whoever made my Chipotle avo melt yesterday 5/30/26 god bless your soul. That was the best made sandwich I've had and I used to get that one all the time. I haven't been able to have food like that in a year so thank you for making my cheat day the best one ❤️
Charlie who works at Panera is the best! So sweet and so nice. Instant smile when my daughter and I walked up and such great service from her!
Everything was great service included food but I didn’t appreciate whoever the staff was that works where you pickup orders was belittling his fellow staff member over a simple mistake and could’ve been handled differently and more appropriately not in front of customers my boyfriend and I felt very awkward and sorry for the other employee
