Went thru the drive thru there was one car in front of me which went thru fast. My receipt says my order was placed at 5:55 I was the windows within a minute the lady swiped my card at 5:57 and I didn’t get my food until 6:19. She didn’t have me pull forward or tell me it would be a wait. I ordered a pick 2 macaroni and cheese and a Mediterranean veggie sandwich. That’s it!! Waited and struggled with self order for 5 minutes as employees walked back and forth. The restaurant smells like burned food and is very dirty. Carpet needs a good shampoo or to be changed out. Food plopped on plate, does not look appetizing.
I just had my worst experience at this Panera location. The young man at the register taking orders couldn't get the cash register to work; the chicken in my salad was disgusting—it reeked of stale, days-old ham—and to top it all off, as I walked toward the exit, I could hear a female staff member scolding the employees. This branch definitely has problems.
First time trying panera, food was delicious, wish i had a choice of chips though
