Mobile orders are never ready on time, expect to wait an additional 20 min after the app says it’s ready. Being told to wait in line to ask for your order defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
Love Panera but it drives me nuts that they never get Door Dash orders correct. Tonight I ordered 1/2 dozen bagels, 5 everything 1 Asiago, all sliced. I received 6 unsliced everything bagels. This is the 4th time I have tried to order from Panera via Door Dash and every time i the order is incorrect.
