The manager at the Parker branch spoke to me in a sarcastic tone when I tried to follow up on my order, I was just simply seeking an update.
This place used to be really great with their previous manager. Now all of a sudden their new manager came in and the portion sizes are extremely small like we’re talking The sandwiches are smaller than your hands. Nothing is ever warmed up properly and it’s gotten more expensive.
The floors were sticky, and had black foot prints coming out of area where employees enter, and exit the counter area. It was right next to pick up area. The rest of the floor was sticky as well as soon you walked in the the place. Behind the counter area had debris all over the floor. How hard is it to get a mop, and keep the store clean? The food was excellent, and the staff was friendly, but that doesn't make up for how filthy the store floors were. That's why you got a 3 star instead of 5 star.
