Jeffrey is awesome and pays attention to detail!
My group ate lunch at Panera and we will not return. The serving sizes were small and the soup container was about 1/2 full. We asked about the cup not being filled and they stated that is their normal amount! The prices are not inexpensive and it's very misleading to receive 1/2 cup of soup when you pay the asking price. We will not return.
The breakfast sandwiches are hearty and keep me energized all day.
I normally have a good experience at this location, but a worker today was incredibly rude. I’m a sip club member and went in to order a large drink, then went to the pickup counter and requested my LARGE cup. I was wordlessly handed a regular size cup, and when I said “oh, this was supposed to be a large” the worker’s response was, word for word, “no, we’re out of large cups so there’s no possible way you could have rung it up as a large” in an incredibly sassy tone.
