Don't arrive at 10:45 on a weekend and actually expect them still to be serving breakfast - VERY disappointing, and all the coffee urns were empty and stale and no creamers, bad service and can't maintain their store
Complete shit show every single time.
I really hate to do this because we love Panera. But this location is terrible at getting the pick up orders correct. They always miss something in the order or just ignore it all together. Always check your food to make sure it is right.
This Panera has continued to degrade over time. I waited as the line grew and no one tended to us. Then someone finally showed up didn’t seem concerned and chatted with a coworker (these were no high schoolers). Then as I ordered she asked about each item I was ordering (these were simply cookies not special sandwiches). It seems I always have to make sure everything is in our pickup.
