All I can say about this place is make sure you check your order before you leave!! We got home….missing our two baguettes and bag of chips for our pick two orders…also missing a cup of soup from one one the pick two orders. Mind you everything was checked off as being packed in our order. Went back to get the things we were missing, “Oh, sorry about that”. 🙄 Also, no cheddar on my turkey and cheddar sandwich.
My husband, son, and I went here for dinner tonight and it was the most pleasant Panera I’ve ever been to! Right when we got there my kid was eyeing the cookies and the sweet young woman working the counter just put a couple in a box and gave them to us! She and the kitchen staff were all very friendly, our food was well made and ready quickly. Much better experience than the Panera we usually go to!
Great except for lunch time. I get it, it's busy, but I'd rather they keep orders on docket instead of printing them off to meet SLAs. Staff was friendly and helpful, just too busy.
