Morning and daytime shifts are great. The dudes running the place in the evenings- different story. Night and day between, well, night and day shifts
Coffee and pastries are fine but customer service and food isn’t a good value. Had a french dip sandwich that had cold meat.
Just spend 9$ on a half a dozen of bagels sliced and toasted that tastes like something burnt in their toaster and now my bagels taste like it 🤢
Online ordering wasn’t available at the time, couldn’t use my coupon on the kiosk, so I had to stand at the counter and wait and wait and wait about ten minutes until someone finally noticed me. The first girl that came to the register didn’t know how to put my coupon in the system, so she had to go and get what I’m assuming was the manager. Manager Katie is doing a great job at Panera Carlisle, PA Noble Road. Clean cafe and restrooms. Fresh pastries and food offerings. Welcoming staff and friendly community. This is one of our favorite Panera stops. Keep up the good work.
