Yes, I gave it five stars because NORMALLY I am very pleased when I walk out the door. Yesterday, however, the experience ruined what started out to be a great day. The out-of-uniform man (appeared to be a manager) needs to learn how to work under pressure and to practice active listening ... though I don't know why he seemed to be in a panic to begin with.
