Very unpleasant and humiliating experience. I placed a rapid pickup order expecting a quick and respectful interaction, but instead my food was hidden behind the counter and I was treated like I was trying to steal it. I was repeatedly interrogated about my own order, aggressively questioned about my name even after clearly providing it, and met with scoffs, eye rolls, and dismissive behavior from staff.
