The food is good. The music is horrible. It's not relaxing for eating. I don't remember objecting to the music at the @25 restaurant.
A man named Alex today attended us in the kindest and most cordial way when taking our order, then he was checking all the tables making sure everything was fine, 10/10 for Alex and the team that morning
This place is filthy. There is food and trash all over the floors and tables. We were looking for a table clean enough to sit at and found one being cleaned. He did such a poor job we had to clean it ourselves right.in front of him. Very sad. Panera Bread as a company should be ashamed of this management.
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a Panera Bread, and it was entirely due to managers LYNN and MICHAEL. Before coming to the store, I called multiple times to confirm my order. Five times my calls were answered and immediately disconnected. When I finally reached LYNN, she was rude, dismissive, refused to help resolve the issue, and ultimately hung up on me 5 separate times.
