I was really disappointed with my experience at Panera Bread today. I placed my order about 20 minutes ahead of time, but when I arrived I still had to wait another 10 minutes inside before anyone helped me. I asked for assistance three separate times, and unfortunately no one acknowledged the delay or apologized for the wait. I was actually running late for a meeting because of this.
