Every time I come to this location it’s ALWAYS SUPER SLOW even when it’s not busy. All I order is soup. This time I didn’t get the bread that comes with it. Told the drive through attendee and she took a long time to get the bread, and it was hard as a rock. Not only that but, the driver through attendee hands me my bread through the window in her hand, no napkin no little bag no nothing. Received my Panera order today in what seems like the cover top of a To Go box, wrapped in seran wrap !!!
Panera has some of the best fast food in the game but my GODDD the service sucks. I have never waited less than 10-15 min in the drive thru even though there is never anyone else there. I just waited 20 min on a mobile order soup in the drive thru for soup that said it was ready before I got there. It’s comical at this location because it’s next to a chick fil a so you will watch literally 50-100 people go through the drive thru while you wait on soup lol.
