I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered the potato bacon soup and there was no bacon in it. Also ordered a chicken Caesar salad and there were very small pieces of chicken. I am not sure what has happened but the food has been getting worse.
Do servers and kitchen staff have to wear beard nets? I was just there and the 2 employees packaging and serving me at the drive though had long beards without nets. I will not go back if I see that again. Not happy
I was served by an absolute lovely lady tonight. I was a little frazzled when I was grabbing some dinner as I was snowed in for the night in Belleville after a snowstorm. Thank you for the kind service and the food was great too!
I arrived at 7:30, to grab a drink and quick bite to eat while waiting for one of my kids evening activities to end. I was told I could not sit in, even though I would have to leave by 8 anyway, and then when I tried to pay with cash they asked me to use debit. I paid cash anyway. It is ridiculous that you even close at 8, let alone not let anyone sit after 7:30. And then not want to take cash … You are here to serve your customers and accommodate them, not the other way around.
...this place looked dead. I walk in and no one at counter serving to customers. Staff were sitting and eating at various tables. Strange. No one greeted me. I walked out and went to the other breakfast restaurant next door.
