I was there for breakfast. It's a nice, big, and quiet place. I love being there to do work or with someone to talk quietly. There aren't varieties for breakfast, even for lunch and dinner. The food is good/ok. Nothing "wow".
Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take our order (and even a minute after ringing the bell). When the person finally appeared she did not apologize for the delay and was not pleasant. Was heard complaining to staff at the back (poor attitude and especially when customers could hear her). There was no hot water for tea and had to ask a second time to get some. Baked goods were again sparse with not a lot of variety. Honestly appalled by the service. Both workers I talked to when I went were curt and snarky, certainly not made for customer service. Luckily the food is good enough to make up for the workers that obliviously lack common courtesy.
