The drive thru is so slow! Been this way for months and I keep having hope that it will change but something needs to be done about the ticket times. Every time we get to the window the employees are just standing around chatting and not doing tasks that pertain to the job.
Went to pick up an order. Very rude people. This is not normal but this is how it was today. Not worth the wait
Another must when in kalispell! Dont forget your Kitchen sink cookie.
If you want Panera, go through the drive thru or do an online order. The drive thru staff has always been incredible, the staff when you go in store are incredibly rude and often not very fun to interact with.
