Placed an order from DoorDash. Store claimed it was picked up when it was not then refused to make the order for the dasher to deliver. So they messed up the order and probably allowed the worker to steal the order but then refused to make it right.
I love Panera. But this location is the worst. My order is wrong every time. You would think I'd be exaggerating but I'm not. If I ask for extra white cheese on my grilled cheese it doesn't happen. They crush the sandwiches in their wax paper. You pay $12 for 3 inches of bread. Condiment on the side ask twice at least. Do they know how to read? I'm not sure. Were they trained right, probably not. Avoid it if you can. I'm beyond annoyed.
Store was a mess, but my biggest complaint is the price. We both had 1/2 sandwiches a bag of chips and two drinks and the cost almost 28 dollars. Our 1/2 sandwiches were 2/3 the cost of a whole sandwich. I'm confused by that. A lot of $$$ for a little bit of food. Not a good value in my opinion. Last visit
