I ordered chicken noodle soup, only to discover it was a disappointment. There were no noodles in sight; it was just broth and random bits of carrots with bits of chicken with veins.
Waiting past 1:30 for an order that should’ve been done by 1PM. there is 3 people in here, staff are unorganized manager is not doing their job.
Great staff, drinks, and atmosphere makes you feel at home, especially when the fireplace is on.
Myself and 3 other friends walked into Panera today around 5pm and the entire store was empty. Cashiers workers and all. Like a deserted store. We stood there for about 15-20 mins waiting and trying to make sense of what we were experiencing. Like was the store closed and left unlocked by accident.
