This is the worst Panera Bread I have ever been to. First off between ordering til the time we got food was 30 mins. We only ordered soup. One didnt get the right soup and second ordered a bowl received about half a bowl. I took mine back very unhappy at this point was told they were down 2 people and were sorry about the wait. Then they struggled to get me the right soup. I do believe they were out of the wild rice I ordered and added chicken noodle to it. My wife got her go to drink and cookie. It was some kind of Strawberry thing and then refused to get me anything. She's a very mean and bitter woman. I did sneak a small drink and it was good. I was allowed to enjoy the crumbs of the chocolate chip cookie. Would of been nice to have my own but as I said, I married a demon.
We are new to the area and are very happy this Panera is close to us. The food is fresh, all the service personal have been pleasant and profesional. The hours of operation are also convenient. I am confident to recommend it and will happily return to it as well.
First visit in quite a long time. No one acknowledged us. Wasn't able to order. Will not return.
