Service is alright but food isn't for the price it was 63 dollars basically just for bread like 99 percent bread and 1 percent ingredients besides bread like bruh what's going on here? Also panera make the prices cheaper and or for the price that it is right now make it better tasting and more portion for your buck PLZ!! ALSO THE BATHROOMS NEEDED CLEANING! NO TOUKET PAPER EITHER.
We stopped here after a WVU game on our way home. Had to wait a little while for food. Found that they were short staffed and training new people. We talked to a lady that works there. Marissa noticed that we were waiting for some time and figured out what issue was and fixed it. She went above and beyond to make our experience better after waiting for our food. Need more people like her in food service. Someone that cares about their customers.
Out of certain breakfast items at 8am. How can you be out of breakfast items at 8am on a Monday? This happens over and over. I've called corporate and complained and nothing changes. I can't believe the clarksburg WV location stays in business. I gave it 1 star because I couldn't give 0 stars.
We got 2 sandwiches and Mac and cheese, everything but the Mac and cheese was horrible. The Caprese sandwich has 2 TINY tomatoes, half a slice of mozzarella and the saddest wilted spinach I’ve ever seen. Also it only had mayo, none of the other dressings it’s supposed to come with. My siblings steak sandwich was the same way. Whoever made these wasted our money, even the baguettes were over baked and stale. Everything was thrown away.
