I used to love this Panera but it’s gotten so bad. My order was messed up and I understand that it was an accident but I asked it to be fixed and the girl with dark hair and mouth piercings rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude for asking for help then said she couldn’t deal with this right now. Then my mom ordered a coffee and was given a cup of milk so also asked to be fixed and she stood up at the counter for more than 10 mins and no one would make eye contact with her or help her. Great place to grab a sandwich some salad or soup
This place is so fabulous. I’m so grateful for it has brought me many blessings. The people who come here are joy, joyful, and full of the spirit of God.. they have outdoor patios too.
Our dinner was excellent tonight. Our granddaughter loved her Mac and cheese, and my turkey and Avo sandwich was delicious! Everything was fresh and made exactly as we expected it to be.
i did not get my sandwich and uber eats only refunded me $5. i called the store and they said they couldn’t do anything. what a way to show great customer service. unbelievable.
