Sadly, I will not be surprised when this location shuts down. The customer service from the leadership and staff on duty really stinks. I placed an online order and received the wrong breakfast sandwiches. Instead of replacing my same order, I was offered a Pick 2 credit. I don't usually eat lunch at Panera. I also tried placing another online order on a different day for breakfast at 10am and the website displayed the breakfast items are unavailable even though breakfast ends at 10:30. This shop is a great place to pop in for a great sandwich and/or soup. The staff are kind and professional, make good food and keep a clean establishment!
