Didn't get the full experience since I just popped in for tea, but the lady who took my order was very nice. Their tea was good although not superb. Still, all in all, and what with it's proximity to a good bookshop, not bad.
Young, disorganized workers. Treated customers poorly and with EXTREME rudeness.
Great to do work. Best value is to join the sip club
