Not a fan of the snotty and bratty vibe I got from the cashier girl. 8/8/25 a 6:45pm.
Fantastic service, sandwich, atmosphere, and price.
Terrible experience... Dirty floors, prices don't match menu, customer service was bad (employees don't care, neither did their GM, Bryce. Which explains a lot...) They apologized but didn't fix the problem. I genuinely can't believe this was my experience in a Panera. The McDonald's across the street provides a better customer service experience and isn't dirty.
The food is good. Place is always packed. Don't prefer to dine in.
