The food is delicious and fresh, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They make a point of knowing customers' names, and they go out of their way to make your dining experience enjoyable. Look at this beautiful salad they just made for me!

Customer service was exceptional, esp by the manager, Tiffany. She was kind, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. We will most definitely return. The food was great, too. I’ve forgotten how much I loved this restaurant and just recently tried it again. We were very pleased.
Good, wholesome food served by a great staff in a clean and comfortable setting. Can't ask for more than that! Love this Lubbock location for Panera Bread.
