Every time we come here, the food quality is terrible for the price. There was barely any meat on my sandwich this time. It tasted good but they don’t serve quality food like the other Panera in Lubbock.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this Panera Bread absolutely deserves one. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted like you just came home for Thanksgiving—minus the awkward family questions. Every single employee says hello and it genuinely feels like they mean it. Mikaila, the manager, is hands-down one of the best this store has ever had.
