It's bad when you order online and drive to the store and still have to pull up to wait for your order. Waited and waited. Finally had to go in. Manager and team could care less. They canceled my order. This store treats the customer like they are a burden.Terrible service.
My wife and I went to Holly Springs for a little shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. There were a number of restaurants to choose from but when we saw Panera Bread, we both said let's eat there. Our favorite is the pick two selections because of the variety of choices. And because of that, Panera is almost always our first choice for a good mid-day meal.
Always fresh and tasty. The drive-thru pick up is very convenient.
Good to go Panera Bread. Place was clean, food is fresh with some new menu items. Bakery was in full swing. Enjoyed eating inside although this one has a drive thru that was busy. Great location, easy to get too. Enjoy I say.
