My guest experience was championed so thoroughly and so vigorously that I began to cry inside the Panera Bread. These were not tears of sadness, mind you - they were tears of immense customer satisfaction. I will forever cherish the time that I came in for a blueberry bagel but left with my heart a little bigger than before.
This is our favorite Panera and Karen is the absolute best worker at the front station. Thorough, cheerful, engaging, helpful, great attitude. If I had my own business I would offer her a job on the spot and pay her top dollar. Karen sets the standard, I hope you all are paying her enough.
Excellent customer service, timeliness, and attention to detail with pickup orders/catering!
