This like all locations are just not good anymore. Expensive food is outrageous, customer service no longer exists. No rewards anymore. What was once barely worth it is now just a rip off. Never again.
Pre ordered for drive through pickup, 20mins ahead. Simple tea. Was asked to come to the window. Had to wait 10mins..no response to honking, had to bang the window to get attention. Never had to wait anywhere so long just for someone to hand it over. 3 employees passed by during that time but no one even seemed to care why someone was waiting outside. Such a low accountability.
