Panera had a line out the door this afternoon. Shoutout to the team that had my last minute catering order completed ON TIME! Extremely happy with service
2 stars because NO ONE pays attention when someone puts in an order for delivery! It's NOT like it's YOUR JOB or anything to MAKE SURE that EVERYTHING that was on the order is IN THE BAG!!!! DO BETTER WOOSTER!!! It's not like the delivery driver can open the bag that you have all taped up either.

My grandmother almost broke her hip slipping on ice that is everywhere in parking lot. Huge Ice dams from parking lot to enterance.
