My husband and I were looking for a place to grab dinner on Xmas eve. Everywhere was closed, but we stopped into Panera less than 10 mins before they closed, and the staff who was mostly cleaned up, heated up soups and made a sandwich for us. They were super nice about it, which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this place, especially for the service.
Tonight 12/14/25 (est 6:35pm) I ordered 2 group broccoli cheddar soups and 1 sandwich with rapid indoor pickup. I was told that I had to wait 5-10 minutes for the broccoli cheddar soups because they had to thaw after waiting for the food to be ready on the app for 10 minutes. After that 10 minutes I was called to the counter and told I could either wait another 10-15 minutes or get a refund/change the soup out for a different one.
