Very friendly staff around supper time
Everything on the menu was available! The only Panera Bread I've gone to where everything wasn't sold out. The restaurant was clean and tidy.
Was here the other day and ordered some drinks and food. I waited a bit for my order and wasn’t sure if my food was ready yet. I asked the person working on orders and they had told me someone must’ve taken my order on accident. The person then made my order in a timely manner, was very nice and kind about the mishap, and gave me a free cookie with my meal :) Just wanted to say thank you again!
Had a togo order. So the 1st photo is what I got and the 2nd photo is what it was supposed to be / is as advertised on their website. This is the 2nd time I've gotten this salad and unfortunately similar experiences both times. For a Strawberry salad there were only about 3, maybe 4 strawberries. The lettuce was all core, butter white pieces. There were 2 pieces of pineapple both of which were as white as the lettuce.
