This is 4th time we dined in since some changes to staff. Breakfast sandwiches greasy, stand & wait 10 min for counter person who kept looking at me from kitchen area. Only 2 regular gals that I've seen since when service was great, food great then also. When you see a customer standing & waiting for you if busy say at least just a moment please. I always like Panera, their bread is so fresh. Went for breakfast yesterday and it was so good! Lots of options and perfect size.
The baja salad was excellent
Worst Panera Bread i have ever been, very disappointed in their perfomance! Rudeness of servers, to worst serving food! Chai tea latte served as half instead full! 😡
Had the best service ever at a Panera and I have been a member for yearssss. I was greeted, asked if I had rewards, told what rewards I had available to use and honestly, it was nice to receive great customer service. Thank you to Payton/Paxton (team lead) Sorry I semi forgot your name but I appreciate your friendliness!!!
