I get that with the you pick two it’s half servings, but with how much it costs I’d expect more than a 3 inch sandwich that’s made poorly. There was also a big piece of cartilage in my chicken. Extremely mediocre and overpriced. Two thumbs down from me
While I’m not the biggest fan of panera food, I’m leaving this review because I have never met a nicer group of people working at a fast casual food chain. I interacted with 5 employees who were sweet and accommodating and clearly trying their hardest to keep customers happy. That’s a hard thing to do working a service job in today’s society so kudos to them for the positivity and friendliness
I screwed up and went to the wrong location. Then after an extra long work day I wasn't very kind when they couldn't find my order. The manager Landon went above and beyond to assist me in verifying I was at the wrong location. He then helped me place a new order and gave me a complimentary beverage for my stress/troubles! I haven’t been to a Panera in many years and after stopping tonight for a light dinner, I was impressed! The service really made a difference. The manager Isaiah took the time to greet us, and the young lady at the register was very friendly, helpful, and precise with the order. I didn’t happen to get her name, but kudos to her! The restaurant and bathrooms were extremely clean and well kept. Nice job Panera on Calumet Street!
This location is always out of something! Whether it’s sausage, eggs, bacon, strawberries, a particular type of dessert, etc., they are always out of something I want. Staff is friendly and I love the atmosphere but whoever does the ordering needs more training. I would go here more often if they were in stock. Today I went there for breakfast on Mother’s Day and they were out of eggs. How can I have a breakfast sandwich without eggs?
