Warmed up, previously prepared food, and highly inexperienced staff. The girl who took my order was unfamiliar with the menu ( the second time this happened to me) and only gave me part of my order before disappearing into the back of the restaurant.
Ordered online for in store pickup, breakfast sandwich was ice cold, fruit cup was slimy and EXPIRED! Customer service promised action , I’ve received nothing & now have to dispute the credit card charge, stay clear of this place, absolutely disgusting!
Food was food. What I have come to enjoy. Parts of my order were forgotten, but when I called, Alex took care of me. We will see what happens when I go back, but her customer service skills were outstanding!
