I've always felt Panera is a superior chain to do work in while grabbing some coffee. Other coffee places, including some indie places, don't always quite have that brightly lit and homely feel, instead opting for a cold, dark wood interior. Anyway, this is the one closest to me and it is one of my favorites to get some work done due to a wide open space and a lot of natural light pouring in from the windows. Now if they only lowered the volume of the music blaring over the speakers, I would give this place 5 stars.
Manager Sarah is unprofessional and rude to the staff and customers. I picked up an order and the coffees were cold, Manager Sarah treated me as if I was dishonest and made me feel very uncomfortable. She needs training on how to be courteous and respectful to the staff. I will NEVER shop at Panera again, thanks to poor customer service.
Food is always fine. The worker at the drive through truly made this easy experience so much more difficult than it needed to be. I placed a mobile order for a Mac and cheese for the drive through and when we got there we were told we had to park and keep driving around to see if it was ready?? Kind of ridiculous especially because no one was in the drive through. The SECOND we parked it was suddenly ready?? Waited really long for food
Very cheaply made sandwich. Cheesesteak sandwich with very little on it. About 15.00 each...; never again
