Always a clean, well organized place. Our counterperson was very helpful and kept good eye contact and engagement during the ordering process.
Enjoyed the apple fuji salad. The cashier was super friendly when we checked out. I enjoyed stopping at his location.
Don’t get me wrong, I love Panera and the food options they offer. However, I was unimpressed with the employees. They did more talking than working so the food took a long time. And they were LOUD. I came to do some work, and the talking was so distracting. They forgot to give me napkins and didn’t bag food correctly. Normally, I wouldn’t be as upset but it was clear that they weren’t paying attention to my food.
