As far as chain restaurants go, the food is pretty good. I didn't realize when ordering our sandwiches (on bagels) we'd be getting 2 whole bagel sandwiches each. It would be good to share, but way too much for one person. We each took a sandwich home. Staff was patient while we were deciding what to order.
Food was cold, baguettes were dense, staff was rude, the buzzer went off before our food was ready, and everyone was loud and discombobulated/very unwilling to be understanding.
Sometimes staff does not recognize you are at the register waiting to order, but if you leave the lobby and order at the drive thru, they are very fast to take your order. Went through the drive through and waited too long. Went inside to order and waited even longer and people who came in after me were served hot food before me. No manager on duty to talk to. Rain, Gabby and Bella prepared a delicious salad and even sliced my apple for me!!! The customer service is always great here and they are patient when I’m deciding what to order! The staff are very friendly here and maintain a comfortable and clean environment while putting out high quality food! Big shout outs to them for their outstanding hospitality!
