Every morning around 8am, I’ve noticed a lady in the picture who comes into Panera and fills up three large cups with drinks. I am sure she is a member of the Sip club. She moves efficiently, always heading straight to the beverage station. Whether she’s getting coffee, tea, or another drink, it’s become a regular routine for her, and she always leaves with her three filled cups in hand. Of course, she is using her Panera cups.
Pepsi products, plus a bunch of teas and some other in house energy drinks and coffee. I go here a lot. Their salads are fantastic and they pay close attention to customizations on orders.
If my regulars aren’t working I’m waiting 30 minutes for my rapid order of an empty large cold coffee cup. Wild. Why am I waiting 30 minutes for an empty cup. They don’t even ask me what I’m waiting for. Just let me stand there for 30 minutes
