In my opinion this is the best Panera in the area. Good food, nice people, and never had an order stolen at this location.
Good food. Prices are high but worth it
I placed a pickup order, accidentally put it in as pickup inside unknowingly. Pulled up to the drive-thru to pick up my order and the man working on 8/3/2025 at 1:40 PM stated he wasn’t allowed to give me my pickup order through the drive-thru if I placed it as pick-up inside. As a former Panera employee, I always did what I could to help my customers and give excellent customer service. I truly don’t appreciate this experience and won’t be back to this location.
