The girl who took our order was absolutely rude. The customer service here is terrible. They need to fire the manager and the girl who works at the counter and start over.
Slowest panera they should be closed!
Food sat behind counter for 20 minutes while manager talked to customer in line and other worker took orders. Literally just needed someone to hand it to me
The slowest Panera bread I have ever been to, waited over 30 minutes for a couple of soups & sandwiches, when I got my order half of it was missing. The manager was so disgusting and rude that I actually asked for a refund and returned the food.
Came here on a Sunday night and waited nearly 45 minutes for a sandwich and mac and cheese. To be fair, Chic Fil A is not open (dumb), but they also put zero sense of urgency in anything. Not sure how hard it is to scoop frozen mac and cheese into a cup.
