ATTN: Customers! This Panera has been improving 100% with service, for past month or so!!! Stopped here about a week ago and again today 09/16/23. Ciara and today, Kayla were both awesome! Only thing I wish I had thought & said I did not want the French Baguette that came with it, as I had ordered pick two, one being half a deli turkey (so already had bread...). Ordered online, hoping it wouldn’t get messed up. Maybe they could read an order online. Once again it was a disaster. We are very disappointed. What happened to Panera? Definitely went down hill. Ordered 3 days in advance.
I only had coffee. It's the best local coffee for me. I tried some of my friend's pastry and it was very good.
My bagel order is often wrong. I called, and no one answered, so I had to drive back for my cinnamon swirl bagels. It happens often, so please read carefully!!
