Hot water for tea and coffee was not hot. Lots of tables not wiped down. First panera that doesnt have a kiosk to order. Not many friendly workers. Messy.
When I asked for chips, an employee named Jordan threw the bag across the counter toward me. He did apologize and said he was “busy”, but there is no situation where it is appropriate to throw something at a customer. I also asked about a green smoothie and the cashier responded with “I don’t know, I think it has lettuce, kale, and other healthy things.” That level of uncertainty is not acceptable.
