I picked up an online order through the drive-thru. I began to back up as I noticed I did not get my loaf of bread. I back up to the window and let the guy know I didn't get my loaf of bread. He looked at me suspiciously. He asked to see the order receipt on my phone. I showed him. He was still suspcious and asked to see the receipt off my bag.I tore it off and handed it to him. I have always been a fan of oanera bread. I love the bagels. Mom loves the soup and the pecan pastry. I was happy to have one open closer to me than the one in Victorville. Then why do I keep going to the Victorville location. Easy. Better service. Other comments about service being slow is so correct. I came in one time and walked up to order and no one was there.
