Worst panera ever!! This is the closest location to my house so I've tried again and again to allow them get it right and I'm always disappointed. Every time, something is wrong or missing from my order. Today, I ordered a salad that included tomatoes, none were provided and I didnt realize until I was at home. I noticed the dressing was missing before I left and went back inside. They had run out of salad dressing cups. So instead of putting it an alternate container, they gave me the order without it. Worst Panera I’ve visited in the St. Louis area. The drive-thru experience was incredibly frustrating. The noise inside was so loud that I practically had to hang out of my car window just to communicate with the employee taking my order. Even then, I had to repeat my order four different times before it was understood. When I received my salad sandwich, it was disappointing. Went through the drive thru and they didn't give me napkins and didn’t put strawberries on my oatmeal as advertised.
Very poor service at this Panera. The restaurant was almost empty, but my order still took a very long time. My name appeared on the screen saying the order was ready, but I had to wait another 20 minutes after that. Overall, the service was disappointing and poorly organized.
Not only was the food amazing but Alaija went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife had a good experience!
