I have experienced repeated service issues at this location, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I have been disappointed by the level of professionalism and customer service. First, employees frequently park their personal vehicles in front of the exit driveway, creating unnecessary obstacles for customers entering, exiting, or attempting to park in designated spaces. I went to Panera earlier this morning around 10:05 am and I will tell you this was the worst experience I have ever had coming to this location! My grandma and I decided to go to the drive thru when we first arrived and everything was fine. When we pulled up to place the order, a young girl by the name of Samaya, took our order. Terrible location! I ordered chicken noodle soup, shrimp salad, and Spicy steak Asiago. I ordered it through their app! The soup was missing, the salad, as you can see, had three shrimp, and the avocado, blue corn tortilla, and taco seasoning were missing. The sandwich was missing onions and cheese. All they brought me were two baguette slices and chips. And for this, $30? They immediately refunded $7 in bonuses for the missing soup, even though the price is higher. If you include tax, the amount is even.
