Buy a 20z coffee and all you get is a 20oz cup. Absolutely terrible
Wasn't familiar with Panera. Bought a bagel with cream cheese. They delivered an uncut, cold bagel. As I was cutting through the bagel, a young lady said that they would have done that for me. I asked why the bagel was cold, she replied I had to ask for a toasted and sliced bagel. When she realized I didn't know, she went and got me a toasted and sliced bagel. Service above and beyond these days.
Food was good. Service extremely slow. They want u in and out. Get msg foodbid ready. Went to counter and they hadn't started making it yet. This was 6 min after I paid. Nevwr going there again I will bring my own food to hospital.
The food was good. The customer service and hygiene/upkeep of the store was very inconsistent.
