They were completely out of chicken. 4/5 of the menu is chicken. I understand things can happen, but then put a sign out that says we are out of chicken, instead of telling each person as they arrive at the register after waiting in line. No soup spoons for the soup and they have us 1 napkin. I like the food at Panera, but the service at this location is 👎.
The workers just don't seem to care.At all cause it's a welcome center.There's just here to get the hourly paycheck
They don’t gave mine promotion as it is on others branches, they delayed to open store. Terrible service.
Was given the wrong item. Was given cream tomato soup instead of rustic potato soup. Not the first time I've had issues with this location. If you're here, just go to the chipotle right there, less money, better food.
They don't listen to you when you specify how you would like your meal - i.e. no lettuce, no vinaigrette etc. Frustrating getting excited for lunch just to open it up at work and find it inedible. Second time in the past two weeks this has happened.
