The bread on the sandwich was as hard as a rock, so was the cinnamon roll. Overpriced and disappointing.
So, as others have mentioned, this Panera is located inside a pediatric ER. My significant other didn’t realize that when she placed an online order, but I discovered it when I went to pick it up. It was a bit of a trek to go from the parking lot up to the location but nothing too taxing, plus the atrium nearby was a nice place to sit and wait. My experience was very pleasant with great food and wonderful staff! My daughter has a chronic health issue and we’ve been in the hospital a lot this year. Their soup helps her and they’ve been wonderful to us each and every time!
Had the best experience at this Panera! After an item was left out of my order, a staff member (assuming he was the manager), brought the missing part to the ER, with an added cookie! 10/10 service and went above and beyond.
