Having to stay in this hospital location for my mom's surgery I went down to get food from Panera cause I'm literally starving and the parking is just too hectic to leave and come back to get to get another spot and they wouldn't serve me food unless I ordered on a kiosk when all I have is cash absolutely ridiculous customer service is shit all of them have a attitude it's not the customers faults y'all hate your jobs
Frequently did not have what I wanted to order. Whoever heard of Panera without bagels?
Ordered lunch. The pick 2. It was delicious. Employees were kind and seemed happy. Nice to have an option besides the cafeteria at the hospital while my dad is here.
0 customer service. Have to order through the app or the tablet by the door which is easily missed, which another customer directed me to. Much rather have interacted with an employee than a tablet. I walked out.
It is already hard been at the ER with a family member to have to deal with horrible customer service. On Saturday 4/11 my daughter's went to grab dinner with their grandpa. They never been to penera before so they did not how to even order. They are 8 and 10 and their grandpa flew in from out of the country to be here for the medical emergency so he does not speak English.
