0 customer service. Have to order through the app or the tablet by the door which is easily missed, which another customer directed me to. Much rather have interacted with an employee than a tablet. I walked out.
It is already hard been at the ER with a family member to have to deal with horrible customer service. On Saturday 4/11 my daughter's went to grab dinner with their grandpa. They never been to penera before so they did not how to even order. They are 8 and 10 and their grandpa flew in from out of the country to be here for the medical emergency so he does not speak English. Kiosk didn't work so was going to take order charging double menu price. I apologized and left. Said had to have app to get the price on menu but it didn't say that and I got it just yesterday . Also very rude.
I stopped by to order food, but after standing there for some time with no service I just walked up to the women standing there having an inappropriate conversation. I tried to order with them, but they completely disregarded me and I was directed to use the kiosk. I didn’t get their names but they were definitely older ladies with short hair and after they rudely dismissed me I just left altogether.
The bread on the sandwich was as hard as a rock, so was the cinnamon roll. Overpriced and disappointing.
