Had the best experience at this Panera! After an item was left out of my order, a staff member (assuming he was the manager), brought the missing part to the ER, with an added cookie! 10/10 service and went above and beyond.
I ordered my food with Te'Aira. She was so kind and delivered the highest level of customer service that I ever experienced. My day is a million times better just from this Panera experience. Thank you Te'Aira!
