I am honestly shocked that they hire such rude people ESPECIALLY in a hospital setting. I was missing an item and when I told the person at the front she didn't fix it. Another person came to fix it (who was also very rude) and on top of that she walked away mumbling bad words under her breath. Kindness is nothing but free.
They had the rudest girls working up at the front. My order was wrong so I kindly asked one of the girls about it and she instantly gave me attitude. I proceeded to tell her it was wrong multiple times before eventually another girl came out and asked what was wrong. The other girl proceeded to give me my missing item and as she did it the intital girl walked away and whispered "dumba**" under her breath. I obviously responded back and instead of correcting her coworker the other girls continued to have attitude with me.
Having to stay in this hospital location for my mom's surgery I went down to get food from Panera cause I'm literally starving and the parking is just too hectic to leave and come back to get to get another spot and they wouldn't serve me food unless I ordered on a kiosk when all I have is cash absolutely ridiculous customer service is shit all of them have a attitude it's not the customers faults y'all hate your jobs
Frequently did not have what I wanted to order. Whoever heard of Panera without bagels?
Ordered lunch. The pick 2. It was delicious. Employees were kind and seemed happy. Nice to have an option besides the cafeteria at the hospital while my dad is here.
