Ordered pick up two hours before pick up, when came on time, it wasn’t ready, waited for 30 minutes, still was not ready, and all they offered was to issue a refund.
Panera Bread is the saddest place around. The food is such low quality it's like eating at a hospital cafeteria. I find it hilarious that they just rennovated to make it feel more like a hospital cafeteria. I guess that's the vibe they are going for. As I recall, they used to pretend that they offered healthy, wholesome food, yet everything is so processed and there are hardly any options for vegetarians/vegans. Eight dollars for a half-filled bowl of thin, sugar infused slop and a tiny slab of flavorless bread.
This location has gone down hill. Burnt food, lack of manager presence and poor customer service. I live local and would rather drive down to exit 1 where there is consistency. Unfortunate
