The absolute WORST service possible I will NEVER SPEND my $at Panera manager needs to pick new profession that doesn’t deal with people if she worked for me I’d FIRE her
I visited this location with my son about 8pm on a Monday. There was only a handful of people there. My son was just finishing up on his laptop @ 8:45 ish (15 min prior to closing) when a man I assumed to be the assistant manager or supervisor, began an obnoxious push to empty the place. You'd recognize him with his black hair/beard, tattoos (no judgement, just a description) and his loud voice.
