We have been 3 times now since they opened and every time the experience just hasn’t been good. We really like Panera, but the service at this location is terrible. Once they were out of bagels (huh???) today they ran out of coffee and handed me a carafe to pour my own. It was cold. I was told eventually they would make more… The service deserves no stars. I’m confused at how they could be so unorganized and run out of literally the main items people come to enjoy. We won’t be back.
Service is fast but customizing orders via kiosk or online is iffy. I don't know if its the rush or what but they don't catch the customizing asks very well.
