One of the best Panera breads on earth. Certificate fresh
Been here four times for lunch to go. Consistently order the chicken avocado melt with no “zesty sweet peppers.” Three times in a row my sandwich has been clobbered with “zesty sweet peppers.” Pretty straightforward, so you either have a standards/culture issue, and/or a training issue, and/or a quality assurance issue, and/or a leadership/supervision issue. Doesn’t help that our sandwiches were ready 25 minutes late and that you had more people standing around waiting than eating. Recommend you review your entire operation.
My order was given to me 30 minutes after the expected time. I am ok with the order being late, but the lack of communication is what is making this bad review.
Wish I could give a zero. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes for two sandwiches. Only sandwiches. Went in to ask for a refund, cashier was very apologetic and offered bakery items or drink on the house, while everyone in the kitchen is standing in a circle having a good of time laughing and talking. Good job guys.
