I had a pickup order today at the Sachem Court location. I carried the bag to my office, only to find out that the lid on the soup cup was not closed well, and the whole cup of soup spilled into the paper bag, making a mess of my desk/papers (haven't checked my car seat yet). I have had multiple problems at this location (e.g., very slow sometimes; they never honor my request for NOT including utensils - now I have a pile of plastic utensils). Seriously how is it always a 30 minute wait for food and/or a single drink. I really just need to stop coming since it's always a mess.
I never know when I come here if I’m going to get the soup the way it’s supposed to be made or if I’m going to get a completely watered down version. very disappointing and strange because I’ve never had this issue at any other Panera location but more often than not, I get watered-down soup at this store.
Slowest restaurant within 3 states. If you’re thinking about Panera for lunch and you clocked out for your 30 mins expect to be 45 mins late clocking back in. And that’s going off you work next door to the place. I fed 3 families from the late nigh commercials before receiving my lunch. I set in line so long I took 2 power naps drank a coffee and played a round of horse I fell sleep woke up got ready for work the next days and still went back and didn’t get my food
Campbell is the best employee at Panera Bread. She always smiles and makes your day better. She is the first person I see in my day when I go every morning to get my coffee, and she always creates a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Her kindness and great attitude are one of the reasons I enjoy coming to this location
