10:19am 2/4/2026 (Hendrix) I ordered a salad with extra chicken that barely had any chicken. I believe parsley was on top and it was black and slimy. I don't mind the prices, but I want better quality. Please don't serve me a rotten salad again.
Ordered one sandwich. Only person in line. 3 cars in parking lot. Here I am pulled forward for a single sandwich for going on 20 minutes now. Mind boggling.

Don’t go here… They used to have some of the best baked goods, but in a recent business decision they have switched to frozen “baked” goods. The bread is tough, dense, and lacking in flavor. You might as well go to Walmart, because it tastes about the same now. Honestly, their bagels may even be worse now. I will never buy another thing at panera… these new frozen bread products are gross.
