I am not sure what's happening to this company but the quality of their food has gone bad! A $7 ciabatta, bacon and egg sandwich so dry and poor of food. After I made the kitchen aware they didn't even try to rectify it. 1 slice of dry bacon cut in two and a thin layer of egg. The saddest sandwich ever. Do yourseld a favor and go to waffle house next door. Don't waste your breakfast and money here. I'll add what's advertised and what I received.

Was hesitant because of the ratings here but tried it anyway, I see why it’s low. So they are out of a lot of things on the menu and the floors appeared dirty because they were sticky everywhere. Service was good but everything else was not worth coming back. Disappointed because this location is closer to my home than the other place we go to all the time.

I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. They are constantly out of different foods. Two out of the three iPad kiosk order stations are down, counter service is hit or miss and half of the menu is missing over-the-counter so you can’t even see what type of salad they have. It’s also very slow.
