My soup had a bug in it. They wouldn’t give me a refund.
I love to get the potato soup with half a sandwich. The Italian sandwich is my wife's go to.
I am so sick of the inconsistencies at this place. The broccoli cheddar soup is more ofter yellow water instead of soup!!! I don't understand how this happens, how the person making the soup makes a decision to serve this mess to customers! Then they give you a large bowl and a very small piece of bread and want to charge you if you want another piece! This is crazy.....slowly but surely minimizing my visits to this place.
ordered a latte and all of the syrup was at the bottom - nobody bothered to mix it. the drink was pretty watery also. then i made a separate order a few hours later (i had been in there doing computer work) for soup in a bread bowl and they didn't give it to me in a bread bowl... i'm sorry but how hard is it to mess that up? when i said something the guy behind the counter made a comment like "i guess it's all my fault" or something like that, which was kind of weird. either way i feel like my tips went to waste both times, ... read more
