I have ordered from here multiple timesover the past 3 years. Every time something is screwed up. Every time. So each time I wait a couple months to see if the service improves. After my 7th experiment, I give up. Each time they fail to rectify the issue, and offer to "put me in the book" for some kind of credit. Conveniently, they are never able to find these entries. Other Paneras are great. This one sucks.
Don't go through the drive thru! You'll be waiting 45 minutes!
Counter service very slow. Not many bagels or bread at 10 am on a Sunday morning.
No fresh food is available at Panera. Consumables are prepared en Mass off sight & warmed up or displayed at each restaurant. There's not a designated thermos for hot water, so when you make your tea there's an after taste of coffee with every sip of tea. Amherst (Ohio) site is the absolute worst. The only assistance we consistently got was from the young woman who clears the tables & sweeps the floors.
