Spent over $20 on a Friday around 3pm. Waited 15 minutes for 1 soup and 2 sandwiches . Got home and only had 1 sandwich!
20 minutes for sip club order. 3 cars and this is a consistent issue
manager here needs a lesson on customer service!!! Got our soup cold and asked if we can get it warmed up. and told us to go microwave it!! And had the audacity to get upset about it. oh there’s more but at this point Nobody will reads this review so i’ll stop here and not waste any more of my time getting frustrated great example this manager sets in front of all her staff.
This is the worst panera bread I’ve ever been to. Food is awful. The people working there are short and disinterested. 3x I’ve asked for extra granola and honey and 3x I’ve not received any. They will not customize anything. You can order it. They’ll say ok. But you won’t get it.
