The staff greeted us warmly.
I ordered online to pick up breakfast after an early morning appointment and arrived early. The lady on the phone wasn’t friendly about 1. calling a few minutes before 10am (9:57am) when they opened and 2. stated they would not start my order until 10am as that is when they open. I won’t be coming back here. What happened to customer service, Panera?

Called so many times, no one ever answers the phone. The online ordering for pickup won't even allow you to order. If you are on lunch break don't even try to order here, order somewhere else.
