My last 3 sandwich orders have been wrong and my frustration makes me want to stop purchasing from Panera all together. It can't be that difficult to get an order right. Ive received a few refunds, but I was at work all day with nothing to eat. Refund appreciated but when you HAVE to eat for medical reasons, Panera failed me too many times, I'm done!
It was edible, I just am queasy after watching an employee- who I believe prepared my order-and he used the same gloves that he was wearing to clean with wipes. He was unkempt, with out of control hair and a baseball cap askew. I couldn't finish my breakfast. Otherwise, clean restaurant, and decent service.
