They were out of bread bowls at 5:30pm. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us. The men's restroom was disgusting and out of paper towel. Dining room is dirty and I disrepair.
Definitely not the cleanest. Toilets were dirty, floors were sticky and this was at 9 am. They were "out" of multigrain bagels because "Someone forgot to take them out of the freezer last night." Even the employees were just not friendly. They were polite enough but no one smiled or said have a "good morning" or anything along those lines. Just not a good experience.
A lady named Katie was being nasty to staff. This behavior was incredibly unkind and unprofessional. The other staff absolutely did not deserve that treatment. I'm not sure if she was the manager or what, but either way it should not have taken place anywhere. I saw firsthand the whole conversation between staff and Katie and it was incredibly uncomfortable and I felt terrible for the staff.
